Lotto Max reaches C$65 million, with eight Maxmillions draws alongside it
Lotto Max’s main jackpot has risen to an estimated C$65 million for September 29 after nobody matched all seven numbers in the September 25 drawing. Eight Maxmillions prizes will accompany it, alongside 65 Maxplus prizes of C$100,000, according to Loto-Québec’s official results page.
Those are separate prize categories. The C$65 million figure is the main jackpot, not a combined total that includes the additional draws.
Friday’s main result
The September 25 numbers were 8, 24, 38, 41, 43, 50 and 52, with Bonus 7. The C$60 million main jackpot had no winning selection.
Loto-Québec’s national breakdown lists one Ontario winner in the six plus bonus tier, receiving C$273,317.60. The same page also contains Québec Max results, so readers need to keep that separate game’s table apart from the Lotto Max breakdown.
Maxmillions and Maxplus have different prize values
Friday included six Maxmillions draws, each with a divisible C$1 million prize. One winning selection, sold in Ontario, matched the combination 3, 4, 27, 29, 35, 42 and 50.
Maxplus is a different set of additional draws, each carrying a divisible C$100,000 prize. For the September 29 offering, the operator lists 65 of those alongside eight Maxmillions draws.
The distinction prevents a misleading comparison: eight Maxmillions does not mean eight people have already won, and it does not turn the main jackpot into a single C$73 million prize. It describes the additional million dollar draws being offered.
The Tuesday main jackpot remains an estimate. Friday’s numbers and prize distribution belong to a completed drawing, while the September 29 figures describe what is advertised next. Tickets should be checked against the relevant main and additional draw results, not just the largest number in the jackpot headline.
