Mega Millions reaches US$443 million for October 27 after 25 rollovers
Mega Millions has reached an estimated US$443 million for Tuesday, October 27, 2026, with a US$186.5 million cash option, after no ticket matched all six numbers on Friday, October 23. Official state lottery results list October 27 as the next drawing, extending the jackpot run to 25 drawings without a top prize winner.
Twenty-five drawings since the July jackpot
Friday's winning numbers were 3, 7, 46, 49 and 51, with Mega Ball 5. The jackpot offered for that drawing was US$433 million, so the next advertised prize is US$10 million higher.
The Michigan Lottery identified October 23 as the 25th drawing since a Florida ticket won the US$803 million jackpot on July 28. That places the current run at almost three months.
There were no tickets matching all five white balls without the Mega Ball either. Even so, the Maryland Lottery's national results table records 268,243 winning tickets across the lower prize levels.
Texas tickets win US$40,000 and US$30,000
Two Texas tickets matched four white balls plus the Mega Ball. The Texas Lottery lists one US$40,000 prize with a 4X multiplier and one US$30,000 prize with a 3X multiplier.
A third ticket at that matching level was in California, where USA Mega's drawing breakdown lists a US$24,804 payout. California calculates these prizes from sales and the number of winners, so its payout can differ from the fixed amounts elsewhere.
The advertised jackpot and cash option differ
The US$443 million headline figure represents the estimated annuity. Mega Millions says that option consists of an immediate payment followed by 29 annual payments, each larger than the last.
The US$186.5 million cash option is the alternative single payment. It is a different payout choice, rather than the advertised annuity paid all at once.
The US$5 format behind the next drawing
Each play costs US$5 and uses five numbers from 1 to 70, plus one Mega Ball from 1 to 24. A multiplier is included and applies to non-jackpot prizes.
Drawings take place on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. Eastern Time. The October 27 drawing will be the 26th in this run; matching all six numbers is required to end it.
